Like many other reviewers, I also have had an awful experience with escrow and insurance after my mortgage was sold to this company. They said the insurance had lapsed when it had not, and they started charging me for insurance. I have called countless times and they tell me my account number doesn't exist, even though I am reading it off their damn statement. Their website never works. I have reached out to customer support via email and am getting the same song and dance about my account not existing. Its totally ridiculous. I would love to take them to court to recoup the extra insurance they have taken from my bank account. Have never had such poor service with a mortgage company. They should be put out of business. If anyone is going to speak to a lawyer about a class action suit for the extra insurance they have been charging, please post here so others can get in on it. Thanks.
