I have been a customer of IndiaReport Inc. for a while now and I must say their services are average at best. Their website is decent, but the overall user experience needs improvement. The response time of their customer support team is quite slow and they often fail to address my concerns adequately. I expected better from a company like IndiaReport Inc.
