We stayed with our dog on the hottest summer bank holiday in 20 years. Excellent location by the harbour. Reception queue always busy and they did a grand job. All staff very good service. Buffet food ok for serving hundreds of guests but not too tasty. Can t understand why the radiators were pumping heat in reception abs ball room - maybe a fault or tactic to sell more drinks. Beds comfortable but bathrooms need a refurb. Lifts always busy.
