I don't feel in a position to judge the quality of their products and question their validity. I cannot do this mainly because everything that was proposed to us, and which was subsequently purchased, was not adequate for our needs, our objectives and our workflows. At the time of joining I was not working for the company where I am now, so I was not involved in the decision making process. As an "external" I can say that all the tools turned out to be inadequate and ultimately a waste of money. The very serious thing for me was the lack of professionalism in understanding when to step back and recognize the limits of their products. The only goal was to sell, sell, sell without listening to the customer. The partners with whom they collaborate are in some cases incompetent, a striking example was when the intern of the communication agency we collaborate with had to teach things to the developers of the eCommerce platform that Concretix proposes. For other companies they could be perfect, but not for mine and the serious thing was that they did not recognize the limits and act only for individual purposes, wasting time and money.
