Residents Energy is an average company. Their rates are competitive, but their customer service could be improved. I have been a customer for a few years and have had mixed experiences. Sometimes, they are quick to respond to my queries and resolve issues, but other times, it takes longer than expected. Overall, I would say they are okay, but there is definitely room for improvement.
