I've had a mixed experience with Bird inc. The website is easy to use and the products are decent, but there have been a few issues with their customer service. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response and the resolution is not always satisfactory. The shipping is usually fast, but there have been a couple of delays. Overall, my experience with Bird inc. has been average.
