This hotel has gone downhill since being under new...

This hotel has gone downhill since being under new management. We weren't allowed to check in early even though this was prearranged and agreed with the hotel. There were hairs (curly ones) and stains on the bed . We complained, it took staff 40mins to prepare another room for us which was just as dirty. I called the manager and had to clean the dirt from surfaces in the room with my detol wepwipes - this is not what I want to do on holiday. We also had to buy our own bedsheets as we really couldn't bear the thought of sleeping in soiled sheets. We got no compensation for the 10 days we were there. We were offered a discount for the beaty spa n restaurant but there was no way I was paying out for anything else. They did however allow us to have a late check out on our last day. Overall not a good hotel, pool looked terrible and the grass had had greener days. I do not recommend this hotel.
