I live in Temple. I called this store because the Waco store is closed until June 1st. I asked if they were accepting carpet (brand new because we opted for tile in one room and carpet never used 13x18). They said yes that was something they needed. I had to get a relative to load carpet and drive me 88 miles to make donation. Drove into donation area and was told they didn t have room. 3 hours from call to arrival and out of room? Communication is a basic skill lost on the folks who work at Habitat Restore on Ben White. Will not be going back there to donate or buy.
