Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any company. They either never tell the truth or they are the worst group of people ever at projecting profits. The amount of money that you are supposed to make is laughable compared to what you make. And the money Capture Rx calls profit includes money that you would have made anyway by filling the prescription. So their "profit" is not profit. The system that Capture Rx uses to resupply you is flawed in the worst way.
The clinic we worked with and my pharmacy's first experience was telling of the whole company. Capture Rx started up the billing and the whole process and neither me nor the head of the clinic knew we were starting or what was happening. Typical of this company. Everything they did was deceitful. Even after restructuring our contract to get me a more equal share, that turned out to be a lie also. The worst company I have ever worked with
