I have had a mixed experience with Roinsights. On the positive side, their customer service is excellent. They are always prompt in responding to my queries and they go above and beyond to ensure that my issues are resolved. However, I have faced some technical issues with their website. It tends to be slow at times and has a few bugs. Overall, I would say that Roinsights is a good company with potential, but there is room for improvement.
