I recently hired a painting service for my home, and Ideal Finishes, Inc. was one of the options I considered. While they did a decent job overall, I found a few areas where the paint coverage was not completely even. The team was punctual and completed the project within the agreed timeframe. However, I expected a bit more attention to detail. The customer service was satisfactory, but not exceptional. I would consider hiring them again if improvements are made.
