I recently had the opportunity to interact with Humano and I must say it was an average experience. The customer service representatives were polite and responsive, but I expected more from a company of this caliber. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, but I found some sections to be lacking in information. Overall, Humano is a decent company, but there is room for improvement.
