I had a mixed experience with Omni Energy. While their customer service was great and very helpful, I was disappointed with the overall quality of their products. The solar panels I purchased had issues and required multiple repairs. However, their team was prompt in addressing the problems and provided good after-sales support. Overall, I would rate Omni Energy as average.
