I had a mixed experience with FlySolo. The website design and user interface were great, and I found it easy to book my flights. However, the customer service was average at best. When I had an issue with my booking, it took multiple attempts to reach someone who could resolve it. Overall, I would say that FlySolo is a decent company, but they could improve their customer support.
