We purchased an induction hob in March 2018
Yesterday the CD simply sent the action. I called and reported the problem and asked for service. Today, I was called back and I was informed that the service will be on Tuesday. It is ridiculous that the new equipment has broken down so badly, and it is even more reprehensible to wait for the service .. it is only a device in the kitchen without which it is impossible to function normally. I believe that the service should appear at the customer's site for 24 hours - especially in cases when family food can not be prepared normally.
