Why did you remove my and other's reviews???Just to let the audience know: this agency is rude,unprofessional and unresponsive. I rented a room from them in a shared property. They took a plumber in the property to fix an issue in my toilette over lockdown without informing other tenants. They would have remained in their room during the visit.This wrong attitude put at risk 5 people as covid-19 was in operation and generated dispute and stress as they deemed I had taken home the plumber privately otherwise agency would have spread the notice. Now I am doing legally with this company as I reckon time is up for them to get back on track if they want to keep running this business .They also never fixed an issue on kitchen wall which lasted over all my stay in there(6 months). They are interesting just in money and are not strict in screening tenants and setting up proper rules in a sharing flat. Do not make business with them to avoid disappointment.
