I recently interacted with a company that provides funding for charter schools. The website was user-friendly and informative. The company provided me with all the necessary information I needed to make an informed decision. However, I felt that the customer service could have been better. The representative I spoke with seemed a bit disinterested and didn't go above and beyond to address my concerns.
