My experience with Elgin Micro has been a mixed bag. While their product selection is impressive, their customer service could use some improvement. I had an issue with a damaged item, and it took several attempts to get a satisfactory resolution. However, once the issue was finally resolved, I was pleased with the quality of the replacement. Overall, I would rate Elgin Micro as average.
