I have always had a good experience with this hospital until today. My husband was told if his symptoms worsened to go to the er so we did. Upon arrival, the staff was attentive and pleasant until we were taken to the back. The doctor that came in had a horrible bedside manner. He didn't explain anything that he would be doing and never brought any results. We were surprised about the tests since nothing was explained. At one point, we overheard him speaking about my husband since the door was open, but he never came in the room. In addition, they did not run all of the tests possible for his symptoms. A new doctor came in at the end and was not helpful. The nurse that came in told us that just because they didn't find something doesn't mean to give up. We could always go to a different emergency room. I know there are so many good employees that work at this hospital, and the er doctor was a horrible representative. Hopefully, they can correct that because it takes people a lot to go to an er due to the cost alone.
