I have very much appreciated the service provided at Progressions CU throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. I am a non-member but I do belong to an area credit union. Progressions is the only area CU that still participated in shared branch banking during the pandemic. My CU is not in town or as close as STCU or Progressions. I have had exceptional service and been very satisfied with my encounters with all who work at Progressions. If I didn't already belong to another CU I would definitely become a Progressions member.
