Matter Worldwide did an okay job with our website redesign. While they delivered everything on time and followed our guidelines, we were expecting a bit more creativity and innovation. The end result was average, and we felt that our brand's uniqueness was not fully brought to life. Overall, a decent experience, but not outstanding.
