I recently purchased some items from their website and overall had an okay experience. The website was easy to use, but I felt that the product descriptions could have been more detailed. The delivery took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. However, the customer service team was responsive and helped resolve my concerns. The quality of the products was decent, but not outstanding. I would consider buying from Customstyle again, but would hope for improvements in certain areas.
