I recently used the services of a tech support company for my computer issues. I wasn't particularly happy with the overall experience. The support team was knowledgeable and solved my issues promptly. However, I felt that the customer service was lacking. I expected a more personalized approach to my problem. Despite the shortcomings, I managed to get my computer working again.
