I recently purchased a new surfboard from an online retailer. The board itself is great and I was able to find a good deal on it. However, the overall shopping experience was less than satisfactory. The website was confusing to navigate and it took me a while to find the board I was looking for. Once I finally found it, the checkout process was tedious and I had to enter my shipping information multiple times. It would have been much easier if the website had a more user-friendly interface. Despite these frustrations, I am happy with my purchase and would consider buying from Brunotti again in the future.
