I recently had the opportunity to avail the services of a creative company (kalpa.net.in) and I must say that I was fairly satisfied with the overall experience. The design solutions provided were decent and met my basic requirements. The team was prompt in delivering the work and was quite responsive to my queries and suggestions. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, what I found lacking was the level of uniqueness and innovation in their designs.
