I recently had a transaction with a company that specializes in acquisitions and I must say, I had an average experience with them. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information. However, I found the customer service to be lacking in some areas. While they were prompt in responding to my initial inquiries, their follow-up and communication throughout the process could have been better. Although they delivered the end result I was hoping for, I felt like there was room for improvement in terms of transparency and providing regular updates.
