I recently had the opportunity to work with a design company for my home renovation project. Overall, my experience with Palmer Design Group was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided a good amount of information about their services. However, I found the communication to be lacking at times. It took longer than expected to receive responses to my inquiries, which was a bit frustrating. In terms of design concepts, I felt that they were creative but not always aligned with my vision. The final result was satisfactory, but I believe there was room for improvement. The company did adhere to the agreed timeline and budget, which I appreciated. Overall, I would say that Palmer Design Group provides a decent service, but there are areas where they can enhance their customer experience.
