I bought a 2018 C-HR recently from this dealership...

I bought a 2018 C-HR recently from this dealership and I love the vehicle!! The only problem I had was it had no car mats , they said it didn't come with them after I got the vehicle ( I thought all vehicles came with them ..lol) to make the story short, I tried everything to find out why and was told it was something I had to buy .I was upset that I had to and some people that work in different areas tried yo help me ( so appreciated by the ones who did) but I left with no mats . The next morning a young lady name Brandee called me at work and said she got mats for me .I was totally floored by what she said, Brandee took the time and worked on my issue to make a customer happy ......Brandee you are a great employee there and I want to give you 100 (Stars) for a job that wasn't yours to handle but you went the extra mile for me and did the job amazingly well..i am greatful for all you did. I will be seeing your smiling face on my visits back there in the future.
