We were looking for a specific Toyota. We made a long drive from Sarasota to see the van listed on the internet. Donald Smith met us at the entrance and stayed with us until early evening when the process of purchasing the vehicle was complete. He was professional and at the same time fun. This does not seem to be a dealership that plays games with the customer which to me is very annoying and makes the process very painful.
I would recommend this dealership and particularly Donald to anyone looking for a vehicle.
