This is a dealership that genuinely cares that they have happy customers. They are diligent in assuring that their customers are pleased with the great value of the product, service and experience they offer. After I did my initial review, John and Ferris from management reached out to me and went the extra mile to set things right in a very meaningful way. This time my salesman was Carlos Allicock who was amazing. I can't even say it was just few people who turned our whole experience around. There are too many to list. Everyone we encountered from the most important to the briefest of encounters was awesome. I am a customer for life. Thank you!!

One week ago:
This dealership is impressive and has excellent customer service with the exception of Pat Hayes. This salesman really was the worst I've ever encountered. He was dismissive, very pushy, and seemed to have a hard time being civil. He failed to allow me to test drive the one car I asked to test drive pushing the ones he preferred me to drive. After he worked up my numbers for the purchase of the vehicle, he got an ugly attitude with me when I asked for a copy of the figures. Once I got home and did my homework I realized the reason. He was severely over charging me. I will avoid him at all costs in the future. He was rude and very untrustworthy.
