I recently used the services of this company and found it to be quite average. Although their website was well-organized and user-friendly, I felt that the information on their services was limited, and it was difficult to get a comprehensive understanding of what they offered. Additionally, communication with their customer service team was slow and sometimes unresponsive. I was hoping for more personalized attention and a clearer outline of the investment options available. However, I will say that their financial advice was sound and their team seemed knowledgeable. Overall, I would rate my experience as average, and I believe there is room for improvement in terms of transparency and customer engagement.
