I have been a customer of Colonial Life for several years now and I must say that their service is just average. While they do provide the basic coverage that I need, I have found their customer service to be lacking. There have been multiple instances where I have had to wait on hold for a long time or deal with unhelpful representatives. It's not terrible, but it's not great either.
