I had a mixed experience with Phenixia sas. While some aspects of their service were excellent, others were quite disappointing. Their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate, which is a big plus. However, I had some issues with their customer support. It took them quite a while to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, their answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate them as average.
