I emailed the dealer requesting more information on a 2012 Ram 1500 Laramie. John responded via email and a follow up phone call. He was very courteous and helpful. Carey took over as my contact and called me. Carey was very professional. I set up an appointment and took the 2+ hour drive from Weaverville (north of Asheville). I walked in the front door and was greeted by a friendly lady at the front desk that located Carey. He was expecting my arrival and was very prompt on getting my information and then I took my test drive. His product knowledge was outstanding, he answered all of my questions and demonstrated all of the Ram's features. I feel Carey helped me get the best deal on my new Ram 1500. I will definitely recommend Lake Norman Chrysler to anyone looking for a vehicle. Carey made a follow up call the next morning to make sure I had a safe trip back home.
