Like a lot of other people, I'm quite sure, I had absolutely had no idea what to expect or would receive, but I was pleasantly surprised ..... and impressed at the end product(s) I received. They "caught" my vision of what I needed, and I believe delivered a fair product for the money I spent! I was pleasantly surprised at the level of talent and expertise of Micheal's staff. They even agreed with me, from time-to-time (just kidding of course! ). They were good listeners! I just wish I had some more money, 'cause I've got several other ideas I'd like to run past them!! I would choose Laut Design, hand's-down!!
