After we were highly recommended to visit KU DE TA...

After we were highly recommended to visit KU DE TA we decided to go for lunch on 3rd of July 2019 table 61. At the arrival host has pointed out area for lunch and told us to sit anywhere we like as we did, soon after waitress came and told us in firm tone to move to another table, grumpy and not very friendly which is unusual for Bali. However we moved to another table near by, same waitress dropped menus and left with out saying anything about food or beverage, we needed to hail her to order, also asked for the sun blinds to be pulled down and they were broken. Couple of guys started to fix that in the mean time the waitress took our order quickly and arrogantly walked away, when she came back to set our table she was literally throwing cutlery on the table while she was looking out toward her colleagues. We ate and drink quickly and left as quickly we could service was horrible food too bland and to western for Bali they really need to take a look around them. We both are from the same industry and it is a shame for such a great spot to have that bad service. Whole thing we have reported to manager Martin who was sincere and apologetic offered us a drink, these guys have a serious service issue. For the young and restless it is ok but wasnt for us. Very desapointed.
