Prince of Wales has been a home for different members of my family for years. The staff are always very approachable and do their very best to help each and every need that is required. I feel confident to go to any team member and know that the task will be done. The access to all the accessibilities in the building makes it easy for residents to get all their needs done directly on site from Dental hygiene, hair dressing, nursing, physio therapy, and much much more. The food is always great and if you need something that is not on the menu you can always request from the delicious a la carte menu. I strongly encourage anyone who is seeking help for their family member to reach out to Prince of Wales, a place to be trusted to keep family members safe.
