They obviously do not want to do business with a fortune 500 company. I have reached out to them multiple times for a commercial job and if I get any response at all (after i send multiple follow up emails) , it's extremely unhelpful without an ounce of customer service. I wanted to use a locally own company for all my companies projects moving forward but they clearly aren't the company to do so. I would take your money elsewhere.
