I had high expectations when I hired a visual merchandising company for my store. Unfortunately, they did not meet those expectations. The team lacked creativity and attention to detail, resulting in lackluster displays. I had to give them specific instructions multiple times, and even then, the end result was not impressive. Overall, a disappointing experience with below-average results.
