My experience with Svalbard booking was a mixed bag. The booking process was easy, but the tour itself didn't live up to my expectations. The guide seemed disinterested and rushed through the attractions. I wished for more time to explore each location and learn about the history of Svalbard. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
