The overall experience with Animalbox was average. I think there is room for improvement in terms of the variety of products and the quality of customer service. However, the concept of the company is great and I appreciate the effort they put into curating the boxes. The monthly surprise element is something that keeps me subscribed. I hope to see more exciting and unique products in the future.
