We were getting an electrical box installed and wired to existing switches in our living room. As well as finishing the electrical in the basement. We chose Lion despite being the most expensive by about 30% because in the quote process they came across the most professional. I don't mind paying more for better quality work. The actual electrical work is all satisfactory but he didn't clean up behind himself. Left sticks of insulation he pulled out of the walls/ ceiling on the floor. I called and emailed several times. My mari concert is i needed to know where the insulation came from and is there a reason it was left out. I can't seem to get a reply. Absolutely no response via email and when I call I get, "I'm sorry the lady that handles these things is one the phone or out to lunch can she call you back? " Of course I never get a call back. So that's why I'm here. Keep in mind this has been 3 months.
I was also going to get additional electrical done, a whole house fan and possibly a new HVAC unit but now I know I won't be using Lion. Sad to loose out on so much business because you can't be bothered to call a customer back.
