A deplorable guard who is useless. We carry you from one service to another, result despite several calls and letters sent to the various managers (agency, technical / heritage), nothing is moving but the worst none of these people really answers your questions. It is shameful to write as a welcome message that 13 habitat wish to strengthen the ties with the tenants, to want to stay close, fair and transparent towards them, etc ... when this is by no means the case. Just nice words to give a good image but behind none of this is true. For my part it does not deserve any star but we are obliged to put at least one ...
