I recently had the pleasure of visiting Eau Claire Distillery, and it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the tour was informative. The tasting room had a cozy atmosphere, and their spirits were fantastic. I particularly enjoyed their gin, which had a unique and refreshing flavor. I highly recommend paying them a visit!
