Hi, our stay at your hotel was generally good, except for an incident at the Splashzone on the morning of 29 Sep. My helper was on the platform for one of the slide (the third one furtherest from entrance) helping my son down the slide when her toe was pierced by a sharp protruding screw on the wooden platform. She informed your staff immediately who took a photo of the screw. Luckily the bleeding on my helper s toe so not that serious but it could have potentially caused serious injury to the other children playing on the slides. Hope you have already rectified the defect.
