The fireplace that we paid extra for didn't work, the room smelled like smoke, thermostat was set to 56, windows were open (temperature outside was 23) only two towels the the 4 of us, no sheets on the pull out, coffee pot was dirty, bathtub was dirty, and the shower head was yellowed and only worked on a couple of the settings. The only decent thing about it was the sheets on one of the beds seemed clean and the king mattress was comfortable.
