I recently tried a selection of cheeses from this creamery and I must say, I was blown away. The flavors were incredibly rich and complex, and the textures were perfectly creamy. I especially loved the aged cheddar, which had a sharpness that lingered on my palate. The Black Sheep Creamery truly knows how to make exceptional cheeses.
