It started with talking to the Service Department. Very helpful and friendly staff member. Ironically when I entered the Service Department I was greeted by the same helpful and friendly person, Ron Greathouse.
I received very prompt and professional service.
If you are a woman who needs to have your lawnmower serviced I definitely recommend BPS. Mr Greathouse gave me the information I needed on the phone and followed through in repairing my lawnmower tires.
This will be my lawnmower service repair place in the future!
