I have been using the services of 24x7 BPO Services for quite some time now and I must say that they provide an average service. They are not exceptional, but they get the job done. The customer support team is responsive and helpful. However, there have been a few instances where I faced some issues and it took longer than expected to resolve them. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
