They have a very unreasonable and unfair term, all deposit pay will be non-refundable BY ANY REASON just because they are lazy to update their website, to do inspections and just as simple as ROBBING people's money. The most unacceptable reason given to justify this requirement is even the applicants discover there are issues with the building, they WILL NOT refund. Their rationale is: How do you know the building has issues? Of course the applicants will not know WITHOUT your honest information. Everyone gets 10 minutes to look around. But a prudent and experienced applicant WILL SURELY find out soon after. A dishonest business will deprive applicants the fair rights of protection to get their deposit back. The property manager Michael Griffin is surely a nasty person. He is an absolute racial, gender and relational discriminating bigot. The day I went for their open house, he took in the first person a Caucasian, leaving two groups outside the gates. I was the second lot. But throughout the whole process, he only talked to the Indian couple, seeing me as a single woman, he didn't bother even to look at me .
